RitaWorld Pearl Kingdom is an 8 Billion USD mega project to be located in Atlanta, GA, USA. The project headed by Okey J. Isima, started as several visions seen by him and Majesty Rita Isima (Mother) as a supernatural phenomena. The project is divinely ordered, planned and orchestrated with Majesty Rita as the center of it, with Atlanta as the main hub, and will spread out to every continent of the world.
The development is set to be the largest in the history of Atlanta, and one of the largest in US history.
The mega project will change the face, image and profile of the city of Atlanta.
RitaWorld Pearl Kingdom, is a mega project in the downtown Atlanta area, adjacent to the Interstate highways I-75/I-85 and I-20. This area is 7.4 miles or 10 minutes drive to Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport. RitaWorld Pearl Kingdom has a mix of commercial, residential, recreational and retail areas. There are eight zones and each has a unique appearance.
RitaWorld Pearl Kingdom is made of nine different zones. Each zone has different features from each other parts of the whole project.
This mega development has many standout features, one of the most noticeable features are the expansive lagoon pools that covers an area of 311.36 acres and easily seen from the air. This lagoon will give a look of a large waterfront. This water feature will be a recreational tourist area for swimming, small boating, kayaking and includes beach front areas giving the area a coastal feel.
The RitaWorld development is a new anchor area of the city that will have tourist attractions, residential, commercial, office, retail and hospitality/ resort spaces.
Residential units will range from super tall, high rise apartments, mid rise, and villas. The residential neighborhoods range from mixed middle to upper class. The residential homes have coastal Spanish, French, Greek and Italian architecture.
The development will have a lagoon that provides water activity. There will also be two parks with open areas. There are a variety of roadways. The large roads have wide tree lined roads with bike lanes, some of theses roads have wonderful water views. All roads have sidewalks in each area.
There are Grade A office units in the super tall towers and in the mixed use residential/ office areas, and the are surrounded lagoon or park areas.
The retail zones will have a shopping mall/zone, 1-2 grocery/ retail areas, and an upscale shopping district.
The development and the buildings will be built to the highest LEED certifications; which will include solar energy, rain water collection, electricity saving technology, water reuse buildings, thermal saving and removing technology. The lagoon in the development will get majority of its water imported from the ocean or nearby water source and will use purified rainwater to maintain its water levels.
