The vision for RitaWorld Pearl Kingdom is to develop large scale signature projects, worth in billions USD in almost every continent of the world, bringing a Heaven on Earth experience... Paradise and oasis. In each project, is a multi-use developments of commercial, residential, hotels/resorts and retail in an oasis-like environment. The infrastructure will include skyscrapers, highrises, midrises, residential buildings, retail and upscale shopping stores, entertainment domes, entertainment centers, parks and recreation places inside the projects.

RitaWorld Pearl Kingdom is planning multiple mega projects in the USA and other countries planned by J. Isima and Majesty-Rita Isima.

Inspiration:

RitaWorld Pearl Kingdom was started as several visions seen by Majesty Rita Isima (Mother). The project is divinely inspired, planned and orchestrated with Majesty Rita as the center of it, with Atlanta as the main hub, and will spread out to every continent of the world. The development are set to be the largest in the history of Atlanta and everywhere our projects are located.

Summary

RitaWorld Pearl Kingdom first designed mega project is planned for the Atlanta area. RitaWorld Pearl Kingdom has a mix of commercial, residential, recreational and retail areas in its plans. Each planned zones have a unique appearance.

RitaWorld Pearl Kingdom design with making each mega project have different major distinctions. For large areas, different zones are created, for large singular projects, different features will be included, making each project different from any others. Each of the zones in each project are made to have different features from other parts of the whole project, to give a different experience.

The Waterfront

This mega development has many standout features, one of the most noticeable features are the expansive lagoon pools that covers an area of 311.36 acres and easily seen from the air. This lagoon will give a look of a large waterfront. This water feature will be a recreational tourist area for swimming, small boating, kayaking and includes beach front areas giving the area a coastal feel.

The RitaWorld development is focused on projects to anchor areas of the city that the larger projects are located in, and adds tourist attractions, residential, commercial, office, retail and hospitality/ resort spaces.

Residential

Residential units range from super tall, high rise apartments, mid rise, and villas. The residential neighborhoods range from mixed middle to upper class. The residential homes have coastal Spanish, French, Greek and Italian architecture.

Parks / Recreation

Another developmental part are main and side attractions to surround areas with fun zones that are also fun or civic such as lagoons that provides water activity, or parks for open areas.

Work

There are Grade A office units in the super tall towers and in the mixed use residential/ office areas, and the are surrounded lagoon or park areas.

Retail

The retail zones will have a shopping mall/zone, 1-2 grocery/ retail areas, and an upscale shopping district.

Environment

The development and the buildings will be built to the highest LEED certifications; which will include solar energy, rain water collection, electricity saving technology, water reuse buildings, thermal saving and removing technology. The lagoon in the development will get majority of its water imported from the ocean or nearby water source and will use purified rainwater to maintain its water levels.
